We are pleased to welcome you to the Darrè Bed and Breakfast. We invite you to read our internal regulations.

The behaviors to be observed in the B&B are not only those enshrined in the law, but above all those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.
1 –
Customers are requested, upon arrival, to show an identification document for completing the Public Safety card (data processed in accordance with the obligations of the law n. 675 of 31/12/96).
2 –
Since the bed & breakfast is a small family-run establishment, there is no reception service available at all times of the day as is the case for hotels, therefore each customer is required to communicate (message, e-mail or telephone) to owner of the structure, the expected arrival time, at least 24 hours before the arrival. Going to the hotel without having advised about the arrival time can cause long waits. This mistake cannot be a reason for complaints or claims for reimbursement.

Guests are not allowed to access other people inside the B&B at any time, for reasons of Public Security.
4 –
Except in cases previously agreed, the rooms are available from 12 to 20 (Check –in). On the day of departure (Check-out) the rooms must be vacated by 10:00 to allow the final cleaning of the room.
5 –
Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 09:30 (unless otherwise agreed).

Smoking inside the premises is strictly forbidden.
7 –
The property welcomes pets, to be agreed in advance.

In compliance with the B&B regulation and the municipal police regulations, silence must be observed in the time slot between 14.00 and 16.00 and from 22.00 to 08.00.
